Dear colleague:
At this moment we have 69 pre-registrations to the Field Excursion.
We are very satisfied by this significant response to our calling
but the negative consequence is that may be we’ll must
refuse some people if the real interested persons are more than
50, due to the field trip logistical restrictions as we have
informed trough our web page. This way, we don’t temporarily
accept accompanying people until May 15 in order to give priority
to the professional participation.
As you know, the pre-registration don’t determine obligations
but from this moment you are enabled to confirm your registration.
Your registration will be confirmed when you inform us by e-mail
the payment of your registration, sending also a copy of your
bank transfer scanned and attached to your mail or by FAX to
the numbers:

You can send also a digital picture of your bank payment in
attachment.

If you don’t send your bank transfer before May
9 you must ask to the Symposium Organization for available
places before to do it.
We recommend you to carry out the payment as soon as possible
in order to assure your place in the Field Excursion.
Remember that place restriction is related only to the Field
Excursion.

– LONDON as the Correspondent Bank, that will resend your
transfer to the BANCO HIPOTECARIO in Argentina. In order to
send the transfer you must give to your Bank the information
about both: the Correspondent Bank (London) and the Receiver
Bank (Argentina). You can make the transfer in Euros or their
equivalence in USA Dollars.
